Hopper, a popular travel app that analyzes 30 billion price points in real-time, just shared a new report on the best time to book airfare for Thanksgiving and Christmas trips:

• Thanksgiving trips: The current avg. round-trip price is $298 but is expected to fall $40 and hit its lowest point in early October

• Christmas trips: The current avg. round-trip price is $406 but is expected to fall $80 and hit its lowest point in October
